A great topping to a wonderful dinner!! Ingredients:
1/2 pint jamoca ice cream |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup drambuie |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground espresso coffee |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender container. 2. Process until well blended. 3. Serve as an after-dinner drink in 5 or 6 oz. 4. glasses. 5. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. |
