This is almost stupid easy! And it tastes great! And lowfat too! Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
1 can of diet dr. pepper |
1/2 cup of ketchup |
salt, pepper & creole seasonin |
Directions:
1. Spray the bottom of a heavy pot with non-stick spray 2. Season chicken and brown a few mins on each side 3. Mix can of dr. pepper and ketchup 4. Pour over chicken 5. Bring to a boil, cover & simmer for 45 mins. 6. You can eat this with a side dish or shred the chicken and make sandwiches. It's great! |
