Taken from Dr. Mercola's Cookbook. Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli flowerettes |
1 cup cauliflowerettes |
3/4 cup chopped parsley |
2 sprigs fresh majoram or 1.5 tsp dried |
1 medium shallot, finely chopped |
1 8-oz pkg clover sprotus |
6 radishes chopped |
2 tbsp basic sunnny seed mix |
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
2 grinds fresh black pepper |
3 spritz bragg's liquid aminos (about 1/2 tsp) |
Directions:
1. Chop broccoli and cauliflower until coarsely chopped. 2. Combine with parsley, majoram, shallot, sprouts, radishes, and seed mix in a large serving bowl. 3. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with pepper, and spritz with Bragg's. Toss and serve. |
