Ingredients:
1 pint dry red wine (700ml) |
12 sugar cubes |
6 whole cloves |
1 pint boiling water (600 ml) |
5 ounces triple sec (150ml) |
5 ounces brandy (150ml) |
grated nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Heat the wine, sugar and cloves together until almost boiling. Pour in the boiling water. 2. Add the Triple Sec and the brandy. Pour into heat-proof glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. |
