From the Morning News a newspaper offered in my area. The recipe comes from Dr. Fishbone a new restaurant opened in Florence, SC. Ingredients:
1 tortilla, spinach |
10 ounces flounder, grilled (or fried) |
2 ounces salsa |
2 ounces lettuce, shredded |
4 ounces sour cream |
2 ounces cheese |
2 ounces tomatoes, chopped |
cilantro, to taste |
Directions:
1. Fry or grill your flounder. Place it in wrap, then pile on the fixings. Grab some sweet potatoes fries or homemade onion rigs for a tasty side dish. Dr. Fishbone staff. |
