Yummy. So easy but so good. Try it you'll like it. I promise. Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds sausage |
2-1/2 ounce jar sliced mushrooms |
6 slices white bread with crusts removed |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
2-1/2 cups milk |
4 large eggs beaten |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 teaspoon grated white onion |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
parsley for garnish |
Directions:
1. Brown and drain sausage. 2. Drain mushrooms. 3. Cube bread. 4. In large bowl combine milk, eggs, mustard, onion, grated cheese, soup, Worcestershire sauce, sausage and mushrooms. 5. Butter a rectangular baking dish. 6. Pour mixture into dish then cover and refrigerate overnight. 7. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1-1/2 hours. |
