Kiddies Ingredients:
► 2 1/4 tsp regular or quick-acting yeast |

► 1/4 cup solid vegetable shortening |
► 1/4 cup butter or margarine |
► 1/2 tsp. clear vanilla extract |
► 1/2 cups powdered sugar |
► 1 tbsp. milk |
Directions:
1. Aik mixing bowl lay lain. Yeast ko garam pani main hal kar kay bowl main daal dain aur milk, sugar, salt, egg, oil and 1 cup of maida bhi daal dain. 2. In sab ko slow speed par 30 seconds tak beat karain. 3. Aur beat kartay waqt bowl ko scrape kartay rahin. 4. Then beat on medium speed for 2 mins. 5. Stir in remaining flour until smooth. 6. Dhaamp dain aur iss mixture ko 50-60 mins. tak rakh chorain. 7. Yeh phool kar double ho jai ga. 8. Turn dough onto floured surface. Roll dough 1/2-inch thick. 9. Cut with round cookie cutter. 10. Cover and let rise on floured baking sheets until double, 30-40 minutes. 11. Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 350. 12. Doughnuts ko oil main daal dain. 13. Turn dounuts as they turn golden brown, about one minute on each side. 14. Ihteeat say dounuts ko nikal lain (inko prick kar kay nain dekhain) aur drain kar lain. 15.
