1 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
1 onion thinly sliced |
3 clove(s) garlic minced |
4 1/2 teaspoon(s) curry powder |
1 pinch(s) cumin |

Directions:
1. ) Cook the chickpeas 2. ) Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and add the onion 3. ) Cook the onion until translucent 4. ) Add the garlic and stir well, frying for another minute 5. ) Add the curry powder and mix well 6. ) Cook for 30 seconds then add 1/4 cup of water 7. ) Put in the chickpeas and simmer for 5 minutes covered 8. ) Add 1 cup of water, the cumin, salt, pepper, simmer until tender |
