Easy, quick coffee cake recipe. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar |
1 cup chopped nuts |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding |
1 cup water |
3/4 cup oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a 9x13 inch pan. 2. Combine and set aside brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon. 3. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, pudding, water, cooking oil, vanilla and eggs. 4. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour 1/3 of batter in prepared pan. 5. Sprinkle with 1/3 of brown sugar mixture. 6. Pour remaining batter over brown sugar and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar mix. 7. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes or when top springs back when touched lightly in center. |
