Pillsbury Ingredients:
1/2 lb lean ground beef |
1 (12 ounce) can grands jr golden layers flakey biscuits |
2/3 cup pizza sauce |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°; lightly grease 2 cookie sheets. 2. In a medium skillet, cook ground beef over med-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. 3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. 4. On cookie sheets, press or roll each biscuit to 5-inch round, forming 1/4-inch rim around outside edge. 5. Spread about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce just to rim of each biscuit; sprinkle with oregano. 6. Top with pepperoni, cooked ground beef and cheeses. 7. Bake 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. |
