Double Fudge Frosting For Cakes

Very Very Rich and Good Frosting
Ingredients:
18 ounces unsweetened chocolate; melted and cooled
1 1/2 cup butter
6 large eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
1. In top of double boiler set over simmering (not boiling) water, melt chocolate, stirring until smooth.
2. Cool for 10 minutes.
3. While the chocolate is cooling beat butter at medium speed until smooth.
4. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
5. Beat in chocolate, vanilla and sugar until thick and fluffy.
6. Spread frosting on top and sides of cake.
