This was titled double dd by our local daycare group and proves a recipe doesn't have to be complicated to be good. Double dd for dieters and diabetics-a fast easy pie so luscious you'll think it came from the bakery. Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) pie crusts |
1 (5 ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 cup shredded coconut |
8 ounces cool whip, divided |
Directions:
1. Mix pudding and milk. 2. Add coconut. 3. Add 1/2 of Cool Whip. 4. Pour into shell. 5. Add other half Cool Whip on top. 6. (If you want, hold back a little coconut to sprinkle on top). 7. Refrigerate and serve. |
