Double Dark Chocolate Cake |

Really quick, great tasting; low in fat chocolate cake. Simple too! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup water |
6 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In an 8 inch square cake pan, stir flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. 3. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. 4. Stir until smoothly combined. 5. Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes. |
