Double Chocolate Satin Pudding |

This is a very nice and creamy pudding sure to please all the chocolate lovers in your life. Ingredients:
1/3 cup granulated sugar |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa |
1 teaspoon instant espresso granules |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1-3/4 cups milk |
1 ounce square semisweet chocolate chopped |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan then stir well.
2. Gradually add milk stirring with a whisk then bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
3. Add chocolate then cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla then pour into bowl and cover.
5. Chill 2 hours.
