I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk |
2 tablespoons no-sugar-added hot chocolate mix (1 packet) |
1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder (1 scoop) |
4 ice cubes (or 1/2 - 1 cup crushed ice) |
Directions:
1. Mix in blender. 2. Enjoy. |
