This is not my recipe! I am just putting it here for safekeeping. Reviews are quite welcome though....This recipe is a bit different because it uses white chocolate instead of milk chocolate. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup butter, softened (no substitutions) |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 large egg |
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
3/4 cup white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In a large bowl, measure all ingredients except semisweet and white chocolate chips. With a mixer at medium speed, beat ingredients until blended and smooth, occasionally scraping bowl with a rubber spatula. With a spoon, stir in the chips. 3. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart, onto large ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Immediately transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool. |
