This recipe was shared with me by my friend Monica! These are such great cookies. Just a little crunchy on the outside...but chewy on the inside! Ingredients:
1 cup butter (at room temp) |
2 cups white sugar |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 2/3 cups white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Stir into mixture until completely combined. Fold in white chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes. Transfer onto wire rack to cool completely. |
