Dark and white chocolate layers for a rich cake. Not quite as heavy as the Triple. Use best quality chocolate for the best results.
Ingredients:

layer 1
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
10 ounces white chocolate, melted & cooled
1 tbsp melted butter
1 teas. vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream
layer 2
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled
1 tbsp melted butter
1 teas. vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^.
2. Layer 1
3. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Fold in chocolate and melted butter.
6. Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
7. Pour into prepared pan and set in fridge.
8. Layer 2
9. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
10. Add eggs one at a time.
11. Fold in chocolate and melted butter.
12. Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly.
13. Pour over first layer.
14. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes, or until sides are firm.
15. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
