This cake is an easy, tasty, egg-less wonder. Makes great cupcakes too! Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups all purpose flour |
1 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/4 cup cocoa powder |
1 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 cup water |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 tsp vinegar |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Heat over to 350 degrees. 2. Mix flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt with a fork. 3. Mix in remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. 4. Place batter into an ungreased square pan, 8x8x2. 5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter. 6. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. |
