Double-Chocolate Brownies |

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3 egg whites |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/3 cup dutch process cocoa |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
vegetable cooking spray |
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate morsels |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until well-blended. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; stir well. Add to sugar mixture; beat just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. 2. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with the chocolate morsels. Let stand 3 minutes or until morsels soften; spread softened morsels over brownies, using a knife or metal spatula. Let cool on a wire rack. |
