THESE ARE PERFECT TO FIX A CHOCOLATE CRAVING. ONE COOKIE AT A TIME!!! Ingredients:
1(2-layer) pkg. german chocolate cake mix |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1 cup vanilla chips |
1/2 cup ready-to- spread chocolate fudge frosting |
Directions:
1. COMBINE THE CAKE MIX, VEGETABLE OIL AND EGGS IN A LARGE BOWL AND MIX WELL. 2. STIR IN THE VANILLA CHIPS. 3. DROP BY ROUNDED TEASPOONFULS 1INCH APART ONTO AN UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. 4. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE COOKIES ARE PUFFED. 5. LET STAND UNTIL COOL. 6. SPREAD THE FROSTING OVER COOLED COOKIES. |
