Ingredients:
2 stick(s) piecrust mix crumbled |
1, 3oz can(s) chow mein noodles crushed |
1/3 cup(s) brown sugar |
1/4 cup(s) peanut butter |
1 egg beaten |
2 teaspoon(s) water |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
40 bite size peanut butter cups unwrapped |
Directions:
1. Combine piecrust mix, noodles, and brown sugar; thoroughly blend in peanut butter, egg, water and vanilla. Shape into 1 balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Make a large depression in the center of each cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Put a peanut butter cup in each center. Bake 2-3 minutes more. Makes 40 cookies. Freezes well. |
