Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup wheat bran
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup pecans, ground
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup raisins
3/8 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons ginger
3 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
1. Beat the egg with a mixer for 3 minutes.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes, after turning the oven off let it sit in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
