1/2 cup coconut |
1/2 cup raisins |
3/8 cup maple syrup |

3 tablespoons oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
Directions:
1. Beat the egg with a mixer for 3 minutes. 2. Add the remaining ingredients. 3. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes, after turning the oven off let it sit in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. |
