Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese |
1 no-calorie sweetener packet |
1 drop vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 fuji apple, cored and cubed |
cinnamon sticks, for serving, optional |
Directions:
1. Place cottage cheese in a bowl with sweetener, vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix well. 2. Top with apple cubes, and then sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
