Dot's Cold Broccoli Salad |

This salad is absolutely delish and so simple! You can blanch the broccoli or leave it raw. I used red onion instead of scallions and baco's instead of bacon. You simply cannot go wrong with this one. Ingredients:
2 heads broccoli, chopped into small pieces |
1 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/4 cup sliced scallion |
1/4-1/2 cup bacon, cooked crisp and chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix well, toss again before serving. |
