Regular Dosa made with Rice Ingredients:
3 cups raw rice |
1 cup raw lentil |
40 tsp oil |
2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Soak lentils and rice for 4 hours 2. Blend until a smooth pouring batter is formed 3. Store until it ferments 4. Pour to a griddle and fry like a pancake on both the sides. |
