Because it's hard to make stuff in a dorm room, I just combine a bunch of crap into a bowl and heat it in the microwave. VWUALA! PRESTO! OH YEAH! May not be of the right taste or texture for some people, but I eat things a pregnant woman would eat. I wonder what things I will want when I am pregnant. Maybe I will just eat normal food. haha! Ingredients:
4 cup brown rice |
1 1/8 cup black eye peas |
1 3/4 cup mixed vegetables |
1 3/4 cup spinach |
Directions:
1. Combine it all into a microwavable bowl (I just combined all the cans and 8 servings of rice) 2. put it in the microwave for 10-15 min on high 3. after that put it in for another 30-45 minutes or so on medium high. or until it's cooked all the way. |
