From a church cookbook. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) bag doritos, crushed |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped (mild) |
1 1/2 lbs ground meat |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce |
1 cup milk |
2 cups longhorn cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Brown ground meat, drain. Add chilies. 2. In large bowl, combine soups, enchilada sauce and milk with crushed Doritos and meat. 3. Pour into a greased 11 x 13 pan, top with cheese. 4. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
