Casserole Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 lb velveeta reduced fat cheese product |
2 tablespoons taco seasoning |
16 ounces 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup |
16 ounces rotel |
6 ounces plain doritos |
Directions:
1. Brown meat, add soup, seasoning and cheese. Spray 9x13 pan. Crush half of tortilla chips, put in bottom of pan, then half of meat mixture, half of cheese, repeat. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. |
