Another great recipe from my neighbor. I usually use this for my steaks but it tastes great with chicken as well. Ingredients:
1 cup oil |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 -2 clove garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup soya sauce |
2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients. 2. Pour over meat and refridgerate at least 4 hours. 3. I marinade mine over night. 4. Remove meat from marinade before cooking. |
