From my friend Donna - don't know where she got it! It is fabulous, though! Always a hit! Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
2 lbs seedless green grapes, washed and dried |
2 lbs seedless red grapes, washed and dried |
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened |
8 oz sour cream |
1 c sugar |
8 oz marbled cheese, (colby & monterrey jack), grated large ( - not fine) |
1 c brown sugar |
1 c chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Wash grapes and DRY thoroughly 2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and sugar well 3. Stir in whole grapes 4. Add 8 oz shredded cheese 5. Mix brown sugar and pecans 6. Sprinkle over top 7. Chill at least one hour |
