My mom used to make this quite a bit and we always loved it. It won't last too long. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/2 cup pecans, minced |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup powdered sugar |
2 cups cool whip |
1 (6 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix |
3 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, pecans & butter. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 375 for 10-13 minute and cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together, spread onto crust and chill for 1 hour. Mix instant chocolate pudding & milk as directed. Add cool whip and mix together. Spread onto cooled cream cheese layer. Chill for 1 hour and serve. |
