Not sure where the name came from or how many this makes. Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup dates, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 cup nuts, chopped |
sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, dates, salt and nuts together. Add 2 eggs and mix throughly. Spread into an 8x8 inch greased pan. 2. Bake at 325* for 40 minute 3. When cooled make into balls and roll in sugar. |
