From Cooking Light Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
2 cups uncooked long-grain rice |
6 garlic cloves, crushed |
3 1/4 cups water |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add rice and garlic to pan; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in 3 1/4 cups water and salt; bring to a simmer. 3. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. 4. Fluff with a fork before serving. |
