Such a cute treat for a party or for a project with the kids! I found this recipe in '365 quick, easy & inexpensive dinner menus' and I think its a keeper! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour |
2 3/4 cups sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup plum baby food |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
5 eggs |
1/2 cup white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cocoa together. 2. Beat in eggs, plums, vanilla and gradually add sugar. 3. Slowly mix in flour. 4. Pour into greased pan and bake for 40-45 mins at 300°F. 5. Remove brownies from oven and let them cool for 15 minutes. 6. Carefully cut the brownies into long rectangles using a hot knife. 7. Lightly score each brownie in the middle. 8. invert white chocolate chips and push them in a little to create the dots on the domino! |
