A super fast beer bread that is tasty and simple. From his cookbook: Eat This. . .It'll make you feel better! Ingredients:
1 cup self rising flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup bran flakes (cereal) |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1 (12 ounce) can beer |
2 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased loaf pan. Do not overmix. 2. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. |
