I found this recipe on the back of a Dole pineapple juice can. DH and I really enjoy it and it makes a super-quick healthy drink any time of the day. Ingredients:
15 1/4 ounces dole's tropical fruit, undrained (1 can) |
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt |
3/4 cup pineapple juice |
1 small banana |
3/4 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Combine tropical fruit, yogurt, pineapple juice, banana, and ice cubes in blender or food processor container. Cover, blend until smooth. |
