2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
2 eggs |
2 medium bananas, ripe & mashed (about 1 cup) |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup walnuts, chopped & toasted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl; set aside. 2. Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in bananas, sour cream and vanilla until blended. Add flour mixture; beat until just blended. Stir in nuts. 3. Pour into 9 x 5-inch baking pan coated in cooking spray. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in certer comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. |
