My dog Elvis loves these treats. He positively goes wild when he sees them! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour (all-purpose or wheat) |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon |
1 chicken breast |
3 tablespoons shortening (i perfer crisco) |
1/4 cup cold water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Stir together milk, water, and shortening. 3. Add flour and boullion and stir well. 4. Cook chicken breast on skillet. 5. Break up into pieces until no longer pink. 6. Pieces should be small. 7. Stir chicken into flour mixture. 8. Place in rounded spoonfulls on greased cookie sheet. 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes. 10. For smaller dogs, cut biscuits into quarters. |
