2 cups whole wheat flour |
2/3 cup yellow cornmeal |
2 tablespoons corn oil |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
2 eggs, mixed with 1/4 cup milk |
1 large egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, cornmeal, oil, broth and eggs with milk in order. 2. Let set for 15 minutes. 3. Preheat 350* oven. 4. Roll out on lightly floured surface. 5. Cut into desired shapes.dog bones, etc. 6. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. 7. Brush with beaten egg. 8. Bake at 350* for 30 min - or till golden brown. |
