Super easy sauce that MAKES the enchiladas! This sauce even makes frozen burritos a treat! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons diced onions |
1 -2 teaspoon garlic |
2 tablespoons oil |
1 tablespoon flour |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
15 ounces petite diced tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Saute onions and garlic in oil. 2. Add salt, chili powder and flour to make a paste. 3. Stir in tomatoes with juice. 4. Simmer 5-10 minutes. |
