Ingredients:
2 large red potatoes, cooked, peeled, and mashed |
1 pound ground lean pork |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons milk |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3-inch patties, about 1/2-inch thick. 2. Heat 1/8 inch oil to 375° in a skillet. Fry patties 3 to 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Drain well. Serve hot. |
