Cookbook from Segielville United Methodist Church. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package lemon jell-o gelatin |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1 cup cream, whipped |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 cup cottage cheese |
1 cup pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. Disolve jello and sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water. Cool. 2. Add pecans, cottage cheese and pineapple juice. 3. When almost set, add whipped cream and mayonaise. |
