Craving cereal this morning??....have this instead! :) Ingredients:
1 cup mixed nuts, toasted |
1 pint raspberries or 1 pint blueberries |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. You can purchase mixed nuts pre-toasted, or you can toast them yourself by placing them on an ungreased cookie sheet and baking them in an oven pre-heated to 325 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Toss the toasted nuts in a large bowl with the berries and cinnamon. Divide in to 4 different small bowls or large mugs, and add 1/4 cup of milk per serving. |
