So much better for you than a sandwich....and totally yummy, as well! :) Ingredients:
12 large lettuce leaves (boston, romaine, or iceberg) |
24 slices smoked turkey breast |
12 slices muenster cheese |
1 green apple, very thinly sliced |
6 tablespoons dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Lay lettuce leaves flat, and place atop 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, a few thin slices of apple and a 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Roll loosely from the outside inches Eat with your fingers and enjoy! 2-3 wraps per person. |
