                                                1 pound andouille sausage, chopped  |

                                                1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper  |  
                                                1/4 cup no-salt-added cajun seasoning (such as spice islands)  |  
                                                1/4 cup chopped garlic  |  
                                                6 cups hot cooked long-grain rice  |  
                                                3 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth  |
