This is a family favorite that my nephews beg for on special occasions. It can be made in a flowerpot with an artificial flower if you'd like to be true to the name. Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) package oreo cookies |
1/4 cup butter |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup powdered sugar |
3 1/2 cups milk |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages french vanilla instant pudding |
12 ounces cool whip |
Directions:
1. Crush Oreos with rolling pin and reserve.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, mix pudding and milk.
4. Stir Cool Whip into pudding mix.
5. Blend pudding mix with cream cheese mix until smooth.
6. In a large bowl layer crushed oreos with the Cool Whip mix, ending with a layer of crushed oreos.
