A family favorite! Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter |
12 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup powdered sugar |
4 cups 1% low-fat milk (cold) |
16 ounces cool whip |
3 (3 1/2 ounce) packages french vanilla instant pudding |
1 (18 ounce) package oreo cookies (finely crushed) |
Directions:
1. Crush oreos using blender or food processor; consistency should be fine. 2. Cream together butter, cheese, and powdered sugar. 3. Slowly add milk, cool whip, and pudding mix. 4. Layer in flower pot (tall serving dish), althernating between pudding and oreo crumbs-about 3 layers. 5. *Tip: choose an opaque dish; if you use a trifle or clear bowl you will go crazy trying to layer this neatly! |
