This is a recipe DH's uncle used to make. Every weekend at the family football party was this dip. I have never tried it but DH has and he says its good. Its simple enough, but DH says to use more horseradish then what is written. Cook time is chill time Ingredients:
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1/2 teaspoon horseradish |
garlic salt, to taste |
1/2 cup beer |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and let sit in fridge for an hour. |
