Light little dinner salad, very low in calories.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c romain lettuce
1/8 c onions, chopped
1/4 c mushrooms, chopped
1 c grape tomatoes
1 oz fat free feta
3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Chop, toss, & drizzle w/ balsamic vinegar; season to taste w/ salt, pepper, etc.
